Day 1 – Goroka – Asaro Mudmen
Pickup from Goroka and transfer to the Asaro Mudmen Tribal Eco Lodge.
After settling in, begin your introduction to the culture and traditions of the Asaro Valley.

Day 2 – Gurupoka Ghost Walk & Asaro Cultural Experiences
After breakfast, continue exploring the Asaro area.
Take the Gurupoka Ghost Walk, a scenic walk through the surrounding countryside where local guides explain traditional stories, beliefs and legends connected to the area.
The remainder of the day is dedicated to deeper cultural interaction with the Asaro community.

Day 3 – Gimesave Tribal Experience
After breakfast, travel to Gimesave, home to several distinctive cultural groups of the Eastern Highlands.
Spend the day meeting and photographing the different tribes and learning about their traditions.

The day includes cultural performances, demonstrations, portrait photography and time to interact with members of the local community.

Day 4 – Gimesave Village Life – Goroka
After breakfast, enjoy a final morning in Gimesave with a more relaxed focus on village life and photography.

- Additional portrait photography
- Final cultural performance and farewell
After lunch, transfer back to Goroka.
